Our specialties: Bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, Tuscan ham, coccoli and cheese, Pici all'Aglione (Pici with large garlic), Tagliatelle with Duck, Farmer's Fried Food, meat ​and season vegetables grilled on Lava Stone, the inevitable Fiorentina Steak, homemade desserts. All this seasoned with the extra virgin olive oil of our lands of Reggello, a delicacy endowed with the unique organoleptic and healing properties of a "Medicina Naturalis".

On the back-side of our house we have a little garden, where we grow aromatic herbs, strawberries, salad, tomatoes, peppers, artichokes and seasonal vegetables for our guests. Residues coming from the kitchen form the organic compost for the garden. There are also olive threes and apricots, plums, cherry, pears.

Dinner is served on the panoramic terrace overlooking the valley with live music.
